Questions about plans and billing
When does my page quota reset?▼
On your billing date, not on the first of the month. Subscribe on the 17th and the full quota is back on the 17th of the next month. Unused pages don't carry over; the dashboard shows how many days are left until the reset.
What happens if I upgrade mid-month?▼
The new plan starts on the day you upgrade with a full quota, and a new billing period begins that day. The unused time on your old plan is credited against the first charge, so you don't pay twice.
Is the yearly plan worth it?▼
Yearly billing costs 20% less, so Starter is €95.90, Pro €287.90, and Max €959.90 per year, paid upfront. The page quota stays monthly and resets on the monthly anniversary of your start date; it isn't pooled into one yearly bucket.
How do the money-back guarantee and cancellation work?▼
Email support@docusplit.ai within 14 days of buying a paid plan; the refund goes back through Stripe to the payment method you used. You can cancel at any time, and the plan then runs until the end of the paid period and stops.
What happens to my files?▼
Files are transferred over TLS, kept only while processing and then deleted from our servers. AI analysis runs through the OpenAI API (data processing agreement with OpenAI Ireland, Standard Contractual Clauses, never used for training; OpenAI retains API data for up to 30 days for abuse monitoring).
