Docusplit AI is a web-based document-processing tool that splits multi-page PDFs into individual documents and renames each file by its content — automatically and in a single step. After upload, Docusplit's AI reads every page, detects where one document ends and the next begins, and classifies each section as an invoice, contract, receipt, letter, payment reminder, form, insurance document, or tax document.
Docusplit then extracts the sender, document number, and date from each section and delivers a ZIP archive of intelligently named files — for example Invoice_2024-281_AcmeCorp.pdf instead of scan_001.pdf. Unlike Adobe Acrobat Pro, Docparser, or Hazel, Docusplit performs both splitting and content-based renaming in one automated pass. No templates, no scripts, no manual mapping.
Docusplit runs in any browser, requires no installation, and is available in six languages: English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, and Dutch. Every uploaded PDF is deleted immediately after processing — GDPR-compliant, with TLS 1.3 encryption in transit.
